Some users may experience problems when posting new threads. Here is a work around to solve your problem.

  1. In the Forum module, go to My Settings.
  2. Expand the "Tracking/Subscription" section.
  3. Expand the "Tracking Forum" tree. (All items were unchecked for me.)
  4. Check all items and select Update.
  5. Repeat steps 1-3, then set your real tracking choices.

After this, you should be able add new posts again.
