Been down south for a few days got good numbers of pomps size was huge 50fish had a 2.5 pound adv. the biggest fish i have seen in years. moved back up to sebastian area today got good amount of whiting and 3 small pomps.The pomps should move back up to south beach this weekend.p.s the pomp bite down south was the best in years!!!!!!!

juno beach but the bit turned off sunday i weight the biggest fish from the last trip 5.25lbs. i think south beach vero or the power plant will be next.good luck 62 lbs of whiting today 20pomps all short

Flea Man,

Thanks for the reports...good to hear you back on this forum (been kinda dead without you...).  What were you catching those pompano on? Clams or fleas.  Went to south beach at the inlet last week and the surf was rough and full of blues...hopefully, the surf will calm down and clear so some pomps and whiting will show up.

Vero Beach...may be worth a ride down; would love to catch a pomp of a lifetime!

fleas but for the first time had to switch to clams today some good flea info would be great
