Guitar Fish  (N/A)

Went to CNS today and had a great time. Parked at Eddy Creek and took the cart down to the water as the sun came up. The Whiting were thick and so were the blues. Caught my first nice Guitar fish that had a field day on 12 lb. There were also a ton of baby sail cats in the surf. I mean freshly born, 3 inches, perfect for a nice size fish tank. Ended up with 17 whiting for the table. Has anyone else caught Guitar Fish in the surf around CNS or Cocoa? If so, do yall eat them? I blackened it and finished it with butter. It was mighty tasty!
