Dang is it ever hot! So, to beat the heat we will be fishing as the" sun goes down, over the water". Lyndon will be our host for an evening of bridge fishing.
We will gather at the foot of the Grady Bridge, Nassau Sound, at 6PM. We will fish into the night as long as you want. Lyndon has all the answers but here are a few things I know now.
1) surf carts work well, long surf rods do not! you'll be fishing down instead of way out.
2) lanterns are good.
3)baits are the same as the beach
4)fishfinder rigs work better that double droppers.
5)we are on concrete and you stick your rods into the drain holes on the bridge. 6 to 9 foot rods are good. Reels may get scratched on the concrete.
I know you'll have more questions so post them here for Lyndon. He told me that bugs are rarely a problem because of the sea breeze
See ya on the beach....uh..on the bridge, Noel .
