""Stone Cold Bluefish Dip" by Steve Austin"




2 cups smoked bluefish meat (pompano, mullet,etc.)
1 cup soft cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 tbs celery seed
1/2 tbs thyme
1 tsp red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 tsp white pepper
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients adding the fish last. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Take your favorite cracker and start at the north end of the bowl and drag it south.
