This a varation of mine and Steves fish dip recipe
2 cups smoked turkey thigh meat .. Coat generously with Zatarans creole seasoning. Cook thighs on weber grill INDIRECTLY for 2 hrs Chopped up fine in food processer
1 cup or more soft cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1tbs dill weed or dill weed
1/2 tbs tyme
1 tsp red pepper (or more for you heat freaks)
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup Texas Pete wing sauce (or more again)
Salt to taste
Cook 3 turkey thighs(bout $4.00 at Publix) for close to 2 hrs on indirect heat on your weber grill
After they have cooled take off the bone and chop fine.Combine all the rest of the stuff ,mix completely and chill
Then serve with your favorite crackers. This is just a twist on the fish dips but I have tried it on a lot of folks and all like it a lot.
You can also do this fast with a rotisserie(?) chicken from Publix
