Just finished eating these and had to share. We doubled almost everything and fed a hungry family of four. We subed cooked Whiting for the crab. Thanks to Jeff and Jean Rafter for the suggestion. They were awesome! We only changed a couple of things but have no doubt that the full recipe would be great.

We double everything except no yellow peppers, no capers, and we cooked the vegtebles in 3 tbls butter and 3 tbls olive oil. Allow lots of time. We served it with a mixed greens salad, garlic artisan bread, and "Twisted" chardonnay. Bon appetit.
