Awesome Fish Cakes!! (N/A)

Look under the recipe section for a new Crab/Fish cake recipe. Thanks to Jeff and Jean Rafter for the suggestion.

Even if you don't catch fish you're still at the beach. It's a Win Win!

Thanks for posting this, Noel. I am not a huge whiting fan, because it is best fried, but have wanted to try these ever since Jeff raved about Jeanne's fish cakes. Then I forgot. Now I don't have to remember so hard.

I can make a mean crab cake, but haven't really tried fish cakes yet. But, I think Jim's recipe looks really good. I'll have to try it...once I get back into town...once I remember how to cast...once I catch some fish! Wow..it's been way to long since I've been at the beach!

I just had the leftovers as a sandwich. Do you know how good it was? It was sooo good, that I put a bite of it on top of my head, and my tounge slapped my brains out trying to get to it! Ya'll won't be dissapointed. Jeff and Jeane nailed this one! See ya'll on the beach, Noel
